Barbara is a photographer who lives in the rural foothills of San Diego County. She has had a passion for photography for much of her life. Her photography history begins with documenting family life and has expanded to street photography and landscape. She is currently using both digital and film to capture images; with special interest in the digital darkroom and alternative photographic processes.
“My goal as a photographer is to bring memories and life experiences into my photographic images. I work to create a unique depth in my work for creative personal growth and also the opportunity to provide the viewer with a connection to the image.”
Her photography is in private collections internationally. She is currently exhibiting at the North Coastal Art League, The Photographers Eye: A Creative Collective and Oak Gallery. Barbara is a member of True North Photo Society and Women in Creative Photography.
